Great experience overall! Huge thanks to Sari for excellent service — very professional, pleasant, and clearly experienced. The food was delicious, especially the kofta: super juicy and tender. One small note: the hostess could use some training on guest welcoming. She came across as unapproachable and not very welcoming. That said, Sari made sure our rest of the visit went smoothly. From the outset, Issa demonstrated an exceptional level of professionalism, courtesy, and attentiveness. His refined demeanor and warm hospitality created an immediate sense of welcome and comfort. Throughout the dining experience, he exhibited an knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful and well-considered recommendations that significantly enhanced the quality of our meal. Issa’s attention to detail was impeccable; he anticipated our needs with remarkable precision while maintaining a discreet and unobtrusive presence. His ability to ensure seamless service, combined with his calm and organized approach, contributed greatly to the refined and elegant atmosphere of the restaurant.
