Disappointing Experience 提供スピードが遅すぎる。サービスが悪い。2時間以上の滞在、1人10,000円以上。 I rarely leave negative reviews, actually this is my first time even leaving bad reviews but this experience was frustrating and disappointing — especially for such a “nice” restaurant. I mean it doesn’t worth it at all. Highly recommend not going. We waited over an hour and a half for one of our food, which is completely unacceptable. It wasn't until my brother went to ask about the delay that our food suddenly appeared — making it feel like our order had been forgotten until we complained. The waitress didn’t even apologize for that. Service was another major letdown. The waitress was noticeably unfriendly and handled everything with an attitude. She placed plates carelessly, sometimes leaving them half off the table like she couldn’t be bothered. It felt rushed and aggressive rather than professional. She had brown hair and long nails. When serving us, she was spilling some wine, but we didn’t hear any single “sorry” from her which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. Also worth noting — some of the waitresses had very long nails, which just doesn't feel appropriate or hygienic in a restaurant setting, especially one aiming to be upscale. It made the whole experience feel less polished and far from the standard you’d expect at this price point. Overall, it was a disappointing visit. The food may have been fine, but the service and atmosphere left a bad taste. Price per person: ¥10,000+ Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
