I am from Fontana, CA where you can find authentic Mexican food in every street throughout the city and I seek out pork chile verde often, this was hands down one of the best I've ever had in my life. I wish I took a picture because my words will not do it justice, the portion was very generous. I'm tall and fat so I can eat a lot and the plate I ordered was too much food. The meat was tender, the sauce was slightly spicy and delicious, the beans were fried in lard like my Abuela would make which gave them a rich flavor, the rice was amazing, not mushy or generic like most other restaurants. Everything was truly PERFECT, you couldn't find a better meal even if you made it fresh yourself, all the food was seasoned and salted perfectly and couldn't be improved in any way. I also had horchata, pastor taco, and asada tacos, all 10/10 as well but that chile verde plate was heaven, I highly recommend those but I'll be back for more and I'm sure its all just as great. I would like to add that the older couple running the truck makes everything to order so be patient even though it wasnt a long wait, they are very sweet and hospitable, they make you feel like you're at home. Do not miss this spot if you're passing through the area, very generous portions, fresh delicious food, amazing customer service, and great prices. All our food and drink was less than a sandwich or mediocre tacos at some other spots nearby Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
