A lovely café with great attention to detail. The coffee was delicious, the desserts were excellent, and the sandwiches tasted fresh with thoughtfully selected ingredients that worked really well together. The quality of the food and drinks, makes this café stand out. Definitely a place I would happily visit again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I usually enjoy visiting BAC, but I’ve noticed a recurring issue with the cashier that needs attention. We’ve tried using our free coffee reward multiple times, and every time there’s confusion. The cashier insists the reward doesn’t apply to V60, even though we’ve previously redeemed the exact same reward at BAC’s KAFD branch without any problem. Once, we even told him we were using our free coffee, yet he still charged us for it. We ignored it the first time, thinking it was a simple mistake, but it has happened repeatedly. It seems like there’s a lack of knowledge or consistency regarding their own reward system, which becomes frustrating for regular customers. The coffee itself is great, but I hope management can address this issue to make the experience smoother and more consistent.
