Had an amazing experience at Baithak Restaurant during their 3rd anniversary celebration. The atmosphere was beautiful, the hospitality was excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Every dish was full of flavor and served perfectly. Thank you for the wonderful invitation and memorable evening. I recently visited Baithak Restaurant Riyadh for dinner with family and, unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations. We ordered four items: Chicken Chargha, Thali, Finger Fish, and Chicken Biryani. The Biryani was clearly not fresh – it lacked both taste and quality, and seemed reheated. The Thali was incomplete – one curry bowl was missing, which directly contradicts what’s listed on the menu. The Finger Fish was average – nothing special, but at least it was edible. The most shocking part was the Chicken Chargha – it appeared to be leftover from a previous day, frozen, and simply reheated before being served. When we started eating and opened it up, the inside was still frozen. This kind of service is completely unacceptable. We are paying for fresh food, not reheated leftovers. Such practices damage your reputation and insult customers’ trust. To be honest, many other customers would not tolerate this and may immediately report it to authorities. I chose not to escalate, hoping this review will serve as a serious wake-up call for management. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner
