If you love Korean BBQ, this place is great for satisfying your samgyupsal cravings as the meat and food are genuinely good. However, the overall service needs improvement. The restaurant is spacious, but it feels understaffed, making the servers less attentive to requests even though they are approachable. The air conditioning also isn't working well, making the dining area quite hot. Additionally, when I asked to change our grill, the manager insisted we finish our current two plates of pork and two plates of beef first before replacing it (see attached image for reference). It is a good spot for food, but the service and facilities definitely have room to grow. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₱500–1,000 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Easily our go-to KBBQ place here in the south — definitely our new favorite! This was our first time here, and we already know we’ll be coming back. The dwaeji galbi was so good, especially with the separate sauce they serve with it. It complemented the meat perfectly. The yangnyeom woosamgyup was also super flavorful and delicious. We also loved the ambience and the service. The staff even placed an electric fan beside us without us asking, which we really appreciated. The air conditioning was already good, but that extra thoughtfulness made the experience even better. Staff were attentive and easy to call whenever we needed assistance. The place feels very homey — like grilling and eating comfortably at home with family and friends. :) Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We dined at BBKO Korean BBQ months ago. Overall, it was an average Korean BBQ experience, though I left feeling a little underwhelmed. They offered Dwaeji Galbi (pork ribs) together with unlimited Samgyeopsal, plus unli Kimbap, Tteokbokki, and Japchae, which sounded very promising. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to fully enjoy the variety because the Dwaeji Galbi required a different type of grill. Since one person in our group doesn’t eat pork, we had to stick with the regular Samgyeopsal setup. I honestly wish they had been more accommodating—perhaps by offering us a table with two grills—so we could have tried more of their selections. The food was generally okay and typical of an unlimited Korean BBQ place, but nothing particularly stood out. It wasn’t bad, just not as memorable as we had hoped. That said, this was our experience, and I genuinely hope they’ve improved since then. With a few adjustments in flexibility and service, the overall dining experience could be much better.
