The advertising is very appealing, but unfortunately some dishes did not live up to the expectations created by the menu. The biggest disappointment was the pork ribs. The photo looked very good, but the dish itself was extremely disappointing. The portion was very small for the price, and paying 18 euros for ribs that were dry, tough, and difficult to eat was very frustrating. In my opinion, this dish should either be significantly improved or removed from the menu, because it does not match the quality suggested by the photo. On the positive side, the salad was very good, although small. The shrimp appetizer was clean and tasty, but the menu photo made the shrimp look much larger than they actually were, which was disappointing when the dish arrived at the table. The avocado and salmon sushi was excellent. I loved it and would definitely order it again. The other sushi, however, was not as good. It had too much cream cheese and was too large to eat comfortably in one bite. Overall, the restaurant has some good dishes, but the experience was inconsistent. Some items were enjoyable, while others, especially the pork ribs, did not meet expectations at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €45–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Our favorite restaurant in the Emerald complex, which has a new menu this year (2026), which is delicious! Japanese specialties and traditional Bulgarian specialties from the grill. I must also highlight the very pleasant and helpful service. I recommend. Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: yes, but not so much.
