Worst experience ever. I had a reservation at 10pm After waiting a torturous 25 minutes in a cramped, chaotic room, I was finally offered a table by the door. When I asked for a proper table, i waited for another 20 minutes and asked again the staff member was shockingly rude. He questioned my reservation as if I was making it up and had the nerve to say, “What do you want more? I already offered you a table you didn’t want it” I felt completely disrespected. Frustrated and unwelcome, I decided to leave, only to be met with a mocking “bye-bye.” He is really unprofessional and dismissive. Why do accept reservations when you don’t have enough space? The entrance was fully packed with people waiting. I can see that im not the only one who had ann issues with the host. This was the worst dining experience ever. Service: 1

We had an excellent experience at B+F, and I would like to thank Joseph for his outstanding service and professionalism. He was friendly, attentive, and took our orders with great care and patience. What stood out the most was how he helped us choose our meals and explained the menu options clearly. His recommendations were excellent and made our dining experience even better.
