The evening: In the welcoming atmosphere of our vinosteria, we recently had the privilege of immersing ourselves in a sensorial journey through a variety of fine wines. The evening was an unforgettable experience, full of wine discoveries and sharing convivial moments. The tasting began with the timeless charm of Piedmont wines, with the elegance and complexity of Ghemme and Gattinara. These wines, produced from noble vines such as Nebbiolo, delighted our senses with intense aromas and rich flavors, revealing the nuances of the territory and the art of local winemaking. Subsequently, we explored the lesser-known but equally fascinating territory of the Bramaterra area. Here, we discovered wines characterized by an excellent structure and a unique personality, thanks to the combination of native varieties such as Nebbiolo, Vespolina and Croatina. But the journey didn't stop there. We had the honor of tasting a true wine treasure: Amarone della Valpolicella. This iconic wine, made from dried grapes, has conquered our palates with its opulence, its depth and its complexity, offering an extraordinary sensorial experience that has left an indelible imprint on our memories. In addition to these main wines, we had the pleasure of tasting a selection of other wine excellences, each bearer of unique stories and thousand-year-old traditions. In conclusion, the tasting of Ghemme, Gattinara, Bramaterra, Amarone and other wines represented an exciting journey into the world of wine, an opportunity to discover and appreciate the richness and diversity of Italian wine traditions.
