I got the onion marmalade grilled cheese. It was delicious. At first I wasn’t sure about the cashews on there but they were a fun added touch. I do wish they had a few more basic options for those days where you just want a simple comfort food grilled cheese. Over all the place has a good vibe. If Bite Me was located in New York City, it would have a long waiting line to get in! The most amazing food made out of local ingredients by a chef who is at the top of his game. The best grilled sandwiches we ever ate not only in Latvia but also globally. The burger sandwich is out of this world! The French toast and the Honey comb cake are absolutely amazing! The rhubarb kvass is a true find! Excellent and very personal service in a very beautiful setting by the river! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €15–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

William, this review is absolutely bonkers (in the best way) — thank you! Comparing us to NYC and calling our sandwiches the best you’ve had globally? We’re printing this out and framing it by the river view. So glad the burger blew your mind, the French toast and honeycomb cake did their thing, and you were brave enough to try the rhubarb kvass (respect).
