If you have mobility issues, do not come to this one. It’s either the scooters are never charged, they half work like it feels like it’s going to tip over and the basket shakes and is about to fall off, they jerk really badly and the button to go forward will randomly stop working or they are completely broken. That’s why I love Sam’s because every time I go I can always get a good working scooter.

Refilling propane at this location is a nightmare. Three times in a row there's been nobody at the desk and had to wait 15+ minutes for someone to arrive. Once had to go to customer service in the main building just to flag someone down. The one time there was someone there, I was informed it "will be a while" (it ended up being another 20 minutes). I've yet to have a positive/timely refill experience here. Never had this issue at Costco or other BJs locations
