We went to BLACKROCK Garden in Broummana and were very deceived.
To start, service was slow and waiters weren‘t very professional.
As for the food, most of the items were bland and not very tasty.
Drinks were ok.
Overall, we had a bad experience.

Worst restaurant ever, the waiters do not care about clients comfort, in the middle of the day the sun is hitting all tables and no place to sit. I tried to book before coming and the answer was come at 1:30 because we’re fully booked, just to discover they have only two tables reserved. When i decided to leave the waiters didn’t bother to try to fix the ussue they simply let me leave! DO NOT EVER go there!

Literally the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Im pretty sure that the place is managed by different people. Ive been to black rock many times before and the experience was totally different. First of all the place has a new name and a completely different menu. We were seated between 2 extremely loud pubs with different genres of music which was super annoying. The waiter didn’t know how to explain the items on the so called “menu”. The food took an hour and a half to arrive. We ordered mini burgers, brisket, Australian tenderloin, spinach dip, goat cheese salad, chicken platter and crispy octopus. The salad was sauceless with 2 tiny pieces of goat cheese, the spinach dip consisted of 1mm of spinach and 1mm of cheese, the mini burgers were dry and tasteless, the steak was dry and nothing close to an australian tenderloin, we were served literally 5 pieces of super tiny octopus fried with disgusting oil (tasted like fried plastic) and we were served a brisket burger instead of a brisket (although the word burger wasn’t mentioned in the menu). We called the first waiter and complained to him (he was like 3ej2a ktir meshen hek although the place was half empty). We called the second waiter and complained to him (he blamed the other waiter for everything instead of fixing the problems). the manager was cursing, fighting and even pushing the waiters the whole time (GREAT “TEAM”WORK GUYS). We finally called “mr angry scary manager” and complained (he told us sry 3al te2khir guys). I told him that it was a very very bad experience overall and he didn’t even bother himself to offer us dessert for the nightmare we experienced. The table seated behind us left the place before their food came Whatever you do guys stay away from this place its a waste of time, money and ears!
