Balaben is finally back to its old self — and honestly, that’s great to see. After the food poisoning incident that affected its reputation for a while, I recently visited again and noticed a clear improvement in both quality and overall operation. The place feels more organized, cleaner, and much more focused on food safety, which really helps rebuild trust. What stood out the most was the refreshed menu. There are several new dishes and updated versions of classic favorites, and the presentation has definitely improved. The desserts taste fresh, rich, and well-prepared, just like the Balaben people used to love. Portions are still satisfying, and the flavors feel consistent again, which was missing before. Service has also improved noticeably. Orders were prepared faster, staff seemed more attentive, and everything felt more professional compared to previous visits. It’s clear that management took the situation seriously and worked on fixing the issues rather than ignoring them. That said, prices have gone up slightly. While they are a bit higher than before, the improvement in quality, cleanliness, and menu variety makes it understandable. Overall, Balaben feels revived — a familiar favorite with a fresh start.

There is an offer going on with the name of kingdom tower , they have shown on videos the quantity of dessert De Paris & Fazaa Chocolate Cake is coming with original box but while we order the dessert they are giving small pack with less quantity . when we tried to rise the complaint with store staff they are behaving like they are not aware anything about this .. Very disappointed with these type cheap behaviour

I had a very disappointing experience at this shop. Despite the store being completely empty, I waited for about 5 minutes without any staff acknowledging my presence. When someone finally approached, they spoke in a very rude and unprofessional manner. I felt unwelcome and disrespected as a customer. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning.
