I've never had a worse customer service experience in my life. I ordered a Mother's Day package because they promised same-day delivery, but it didn't arrive until the following afternoon. I tried texting and emailing multiple times to find out what happened, but no one bothered to respond to any of my messages. Save yourself the trouble and STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent order and experience with Bole Gifts. I placed a flower and cake order for a specific occasion that did not get delivered on the date as expected. My many phone calls, voicemail messages, and emails were never returned and on the one occasion the phone was answered (at night), I was promised a call back that never happened. My order was delivered on the third day, even after requesting a cancellation, but the delivery looked nothing like what was ordered. The "Yellow Orange Flower Trophy" was far from what's pictured both in color and arrangement. The cake from Enrico's was melting and not presentable at all - not to mention there was no variety as pictured. Needless to say, I have no desire to use Bole Gifts again nor would recommend them for deliveries that involve cake or flowers. I have yet to hear back from Bole Gifts over a week later and I'm disappointed not only in the subpar quality of the items that were delivered but the complete lack of customer service.
