8:45 pm, Friday 31st July. Unbelievably rude woman working behind the counter. My card was incorrectly charged for an amount that was already on the EFTPOS machine from a previous transaction that should have been cancelled. After asking for a refund, she fiddled around on the computer and told me it had been refunded. I then paid for what I was actually getting but kept the receipt. Just before leaving, I realised my $15 refund had not gone through. When I asked her about it, she tried to accuse me of trying to get more discounts-I was buying a 3 for $10 lolly pack deal! I ended up having to leave without the refund because there was a queue of people waiting to pay, and I didn't want to hold them up any longer. I've kept the receipt, along with my bank statement, and will be going back in the morning to make a complaint. She was also rude to all the customers before me because they didn't use their manners to her "high standards". If you want to work in customer service, I suggest having some manners yourself. Customer service is not for miserable people like you.

Absolutely terrible service at BP Australind today (5 April 2026 around 7:30pm). I drove all the way from Busselton specifically to get a coffee, only to be told the machine would take 30 minutes to clean. Then moments later, I was told it would take even longer. No apology, no proper explanation, and no attempt to offer any alternative. Completely unacceptable customer service. Wasted trip and very frustrating experience. Staff clearly didn’t care. Would not recommend stopping here if you’re expecting even basic service.

Extremely disappointing customer service. Staff refused to make coffees without a valid reason. So didn’t fill up either.
