DPD Delivery drop off spot as advertised on their website as well as Spar/BP. I walk in shop and assistant too busy taking a personal call on his mobile, then looked at me and said "we don't take parcels, I know it says it on website but we dont". First and last time I will be using this store and any BP garages. What happened to good old customer service? Shocking!
