Toilet rolls taken out but none put back in! Terrible experience having to improvise with tissues and paperwork from my bag! Please, train staff to always bring in fresh supplies when they take the empty rolls out!!! Because the excuse was, not being allowed to leave the counter being the only person there. Unhygienic and unnecessary.

This raiting is for tje car wash. Went and paid to have my car go through car washed and dried. It didn't wash the dirt or bird poop off my car but it did dry the dirt on to my car it was filthy. And put scratches on my car back hatch and side doors. Went back got my money back and washed the car my self. Had to scrub to get the dried dirt off.

Fuel seemed expensive compared to others in the area and they're the first BP I've come across since BP partnered with Qantas that claimed you couldn't earn Qantas points with them.
