Just wanted to leave a big thank you to Debbie & Louise from BP Blacksoil. I lost my phone and needed another one, Louise and a manager used their own private phone to help set up my new phone. I would have been lost without them. While it wasn't 100% successful, between the ladies and their manager they gave me as much help as they possibly could. Service wins, and this BP service is a 10/10. Cant rate them highly enough, thank you everyone.

Stopped in yesterday on the way to Toowoomba. Wanting a Coffee and something warm to eat, was met very aggressively by staff because I accidentally forgot too remove my hoodie. I fully agree in removing my hoodie but i just forgot and had very sad news about a family member dying, this is why I stopped at your service station to gather myself. but unfortunately it was the the attitude of both older women and the young girl being the counter was a rude individual. Im completely at fault i agree, but your mannerisms were so unprofessional. Have a little empathy and decorum when addressing your customers in future. You never know what people are dealing with with? I will bypass your service station and go to the next one.
