I left this BP genuinely confused. At around 9:30am this morning I pulled in on my motorcycle, lowered the side stand, removed my gloves and sunglasses, remained seated on the bike and picked up the fuel nozzle. I stay seated because keeping the bike upright allows the tank to be filled properly. I've refuelled this way for years at BP and many other service stations without ever having an issue. Instead of simply speaking to me, the attendant refused to activate the pump and announced over the loudspeaker, "Number 12, you must dismount," before walking away without any explanation. It was an unnecessarily public and embarrassing way to treat a customer. If this is BP policy, then several obvious questions arise. Why is the policy not displayed at the entrance or on the pump so motorcyclists know before they attempt to refuel? Why has it never been enforced during my previous visits to BP or at countless other service stations? What specific safety or security risk is addressed by forcing a rider to dismount? A stationary motorcycle being refuelled while the rider remains seated is hardly unique, particularly when occupants are often permitted to remain inside other vehicles while refuelling. If the concern is fuel theft, I'd like BP to explain the basis for treating every motorcyclist as though they present a greater risk. Policies should be evidence-based and applied consistently, not enforced without explanation at the discretion of individual attendants. I left and refuelled at another BP a short time later without any issue, which only added to the confusion. This review isn't about being asked to follow a legitimate safety policy if one exists. It's about the lack of explanation, the inconsistent enforcement, and the disrespectful manner in which the situation was handled. Customers deserve better communication than being publicly called out over a loudspeaker.

prepay the night before GST fuel cut ends (great foresight to not do anything about that), and you have to go BACK in to refund the excess money you paid are we serious

My first time very bad experience this Bp fuel station i fill the diesel our truck and pay the counter and scan my rewards card and rewards gave me discount but staff refused our discount and cancel this is one otherwise payment decline and staff name john unprofessional and rude guy doesn’t recommend.
