I visited BP Cannington last night and was very disappointed with the customer service. An old lady at servo was disrespectful and made me feel humiliated. I hope BP addresses this issue and ensures customers are treated with respect.

There is no proper management during the busy morning hours. I had to wait 15 minutes just to get a coffee. There was a staff member working outside, while no one was paying proper attention to serving customers inside. The service needs to be better managed during peak times
