This store is under BP brand so should have BP reward activated( I have 6 cents off for fuel until end of this year) but the young boy staff stated ‘ now matter what reason, your BP reward card just not working with us, it’s just automatically not showing’ with rude attitude.

Went there today as a bp rewards member for fuel instead of over the road which was 4 cents per litre cheaper. They don’t accept the bp rewards offer and they were not customer friendly at all, in fact quite opposite. Go across the road to Ampol - cheaper fuel and very likely to be much more friendly.
