Stopped by just to grab a coffee and ended up waiting for 20 minutes. The staff member completely forgot about my order while chatting away, and only remembered it after I went up to remind her. Extremely poor service

I visited the BP fuel station in Ingleburn around 9:20 PM and was served by Chris. I asked him where I could locate the Uber code for the fuel discount on my app. He told me he had no idea. When I asked how long he had been working there, he mentioned he has been with BP for nearly 5 years. It is disappointing that someone with 5 years of experience at a major service station chain isn't familiar with standard customer queries like the Uber fuel exemption program. Very poor customer service. For your reference on finding the code next time: Open your Uber Driver app \rightarrow tap Account \rightarrow select Uber Pro \rightarrow tap on the BP Fuel Discount reward \rightarrow select Redeem to display your barcode/code for the cashier to scan.
