Update your hours on google, I came past at 9:20 Tuesday December 5 with under 20ks till empty wanting to get a full tank! Google said you're open till 10

Ask for a coffee, the old fella serving rudely says he’s not making it, I asked, is the machine down, he replied no, and he ironically says his serving customers; there was three other staff members in the store at that time. I asked to speak to the store manager, he rudely refused to provide; asked for his name, as he was not wearing a tag; again, he refused to provide. I Felt disrespected & humiliated and to be honest stereotyped as he says at one point “people like me” Not sure what he was trying to say. Complaint lodged to BP head office, don’t want anyone else having the same experience
