Assistant Manager Mark literally grunted in my face and started mumbling under his breath because I ordered a coffee?? For $7.20 I literally could of went anywhere in town for a coffee. However i do like BP coffee. If I could give 0 stars I would. From a manager you would expect them to lead by example and not huff and puff in customers faces. (Tall grey haired man) by previous reviews, this isn't the first time. And the "ill pass it onto the store manager" comment is null and void or they literally do nothing about his behaviour as a leader. (Now I could also be barking up the wrong tree here, but the coffee was also made undrinkable to start with. It was that hot I couldn't even hold onto the cup longer than 5 seconds. Was he trying to endure karma for ordering the coffee?)

Coffee is decent and at a good price and majority of the staff are really nice but I had a very average experience with a tall older man. He might need to be re-trained on how you should be in a customer service position.
