Dodgy. Like other reviewers, I used it for eBay’s click and collect. It got delivered but never scanned in. I went in to see what was happening. As soon as I said, “eBay” the guy looked panicked and hurriedly denied having ANY packages. Apparently they informed eBay support that it was “misplaced” but, if that’s the case why wasn’t it scanned in when it arrived? And how do you “misplace” something in a garage with CCTV everywhere? Makes me reluctant to trust other BP garages if this is the level of their franchisees.

Don’t use this location for Collect Plus as they don’t do it properly and I suspect my package was stolen after delivery by RM.
