Had been on this station few times, tried to be friendly and chat about fuel price spike and current scenario going around world but staff sound not much welcoming and straightforward. After couple of times being there on another visit same male staff was on server desk and I didn’t had welcoming experience. I wouldn’t expect staff to know everything to answer me, but instead they could choose to be kind, empathetic and polite to customers, which will create value for BP and make impact on peoples life by not being harsh and straightforward on such kind of service industry. On the good notes I had really good experience of getting help and treated kindly on other store of BP.

I’ve been a regular customer at this BP petrol station for quite some time, but I had a very disappointing experience recently. Around 1 PM, I urgently needed to use the washroom due to a medical emergency, but the staff refused to let me use it. What made it worse is that I’ve always supported this station, fueling up here regularly. A bit of understanding and basic human decency, especially in an emergency situation, should be expected — particularly from a place that relies on local, loyal customers. Really let down by the lack of compassion. I hope BP takes note and reminds its staff about the importance of customer care, especially when someone is clearly in distress.
