Absolutely disgusting experience at this servo. I refueled my car and bought 2 coffees — total came to $99.14. I paid via Apple Pay from my Smart Access account, and the staff member told me the payment “did not go through.” Because of that, I paid the SAME amount again via Apple Pay using my Platinum Awards credit card. Later, I realised I had been charged twice for the exact same transaction. The customer service team member, Sam, took my contact details and assured me it would be looked into — yet I never received any call or update. Completely unprofessional. If you take a customer’s details and promise follow-up, at least have the courtesy to contact them. I have now raised a dispute with my bank because clearly this business has no urgency in fixing its own mistake. This is completely unacceptable. Either your payment system is faulty or your staff are not properly trained. Telling a customer the payment didn’t go through without properly checking — and making them pay again — is careless and irresponsible. Now I’m left chasing up my own money because of your mistake. This is no longer about $99.14 — it’s about accountability and basic customer service standards. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to double-check their bank statements if they shop here.
