On Thursday, 30 July 2026, between 11:40 am and 12:00 pm,I politely asked the white guy in staff for a coffee, but he refused,saying he had a lot of work to do.I found his attitude rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I face the attitude from the same guy more than twice

This is solely about the car wash. I bought 2 tickets, 10 days after 1st wash I returned to use 2nd ticket. Nope, expired. When you buy 2 you only have 9 days to use them, instead of the normal month or so. What a waste. Also, it doesn't dry your car, so it is spotty afterwards. The one in Lindisfarne is much better. Costs $5 or so more, but dries car, and tickets last for approx 2 months.

Whoever the guy was behind the register at around 9.20 Friday 13th March 2026 is a complete ghoul, rude and abrasive with no sense of decorum or hospitality. A mother with her children in the car was stranded with a flat tyre for what she told me was hours. Not once did the BP employee come to check on her or offer her help. Then when I asked why he hadn't approached her he told me "I'm not allowed" Completely pathetic attitude. Doesn't deserve a job in customer service
