90 Mile Beach House hace 8 meses en Google

I use bp plus app on my phone to use as have a severe injury impacting my mobility currently and as had timed out needed to go into the store to fix ( this happened at BP Edithvale previously which staff came out and reset it via app to pay) I advised staff if could reset the pump and I’ll use the app to pay and don’t know how to do it. A manager came and said can’t be done and need to go pay and explained again how other service station had been able to put through again. He got angry and made out was lying and insisted pay by card. He yelled and was derogatory towards me and I was visibly shaking. I cried all the way home as it’s difficult enough to leave the house currently and this was just unacceptable in a business. I suggest company retrain this staff and learn how to correct the issue or ask BP in Edithvale that are absolutely always lovely and my go to from now on.

I am a regular buying diesel for the company ute. All staff are very friendly and my hot drinks are always perfect. I greet them all with a big smile. Very lucky
