The women on 9/03/2026 around 5:00 am had effectively ruined my day. I told her specifically not to make my coffee “too hot” and she served me a burnt coffee. The texture was awful. When i came inside to ask her to make me a new one she rolled her eyes and argued with me. I got fed up and left. I come this place often and the staff are really great.

Fill up tank & ordered coffee on 12/03/2026 at 4:00am. Bp North Perth staff member was cleaning toilets and she came straight away and started to make coffee. She didn’t even hesitate to change or remove gloves. It was so unhygienic she didn’t washed her hands. At least customers deserve to have their food with clean hands. If next time I will notice will report it to Food Council with proof. Thanks
