We were driving home from Heathrow after an 8hour flight & hit a pot hole resulting in a slashed tyre. We managed to get to this BP service station where we tried to fill the tyre/ending up waiting for recovery. The situation was quite distressing for us as we had my disabled mother in the car whom by that time was exhausted & extremely uncomfortable, not to mention a 2-3 hour wait time for recovery in the cold & wet weather. I popped into the store to get a hot drink & use the bathroom & was greeted by Adam who so warm & welcoming. I had a bit of a rant & he patiently listened to me with such empathy. During our wait I popped into the store a few times (including to ask about registering our vehicle so we don’t get a ticket). Both Adam & Nazeem were overall so professional, friendly, helpful, polite & empathetic we were & are very grateful especially in such a stressful situation In my opinion these gentlemen are true assets to your company thank you for the fantastic experience
