Very busy but efficient- my pie was not hot which was disappointing but my coffee was excellent. Gas price was competitive- not the cheapest but it is what it is

This is usually my regular truck stop, and as a truck driver I've always enjoyed stopping here. Recently, however, I've noticed what appears to be a lack of training among some of the café staff. The quality of the coffee has become very disappointing and seems to be getting worse each day. Staff often appear more focused on chatting about their personal lives around the coffee machine than on preparing drinks with care and attention. The coffee frequently tastes rushed and poorly made—almost like instant coffee rather than café-quality coffee. Considering the price being charged, it's become a disappointing experience and feels like a waste of money. I hope management can provide additional training and place more emphasis on customer service and coffee quality.
