Staff of this store completely rude misbehaved with customers.Very disappointing experience. I accidentally spilled a little coffee on the floor and immediately apologized, but the owner responded very rudely and spoke to me with anger. I felt insulted by the way I was treated. I was also incorrectly charged $250 for petrol. Poor customer service and very unprofessional.

Rude old bloke,big line of customers,one person working,wanted me to pay first,what crap,I won't be coming back here again, So I went up to the shell,pulled in beside the Bowser and happily put fuel in my car without having to pay first,and you can also put what ever you want in a Jerry can with no limit,not like the bp here,only let you get 20 dollars worth paid up front, Not how you run a business

Very bad experience at BP station tonight. The employee was rude and showed no respect to customers, even though I am a regular. My family and I used to fill up at this station, but after this experience, we have decided to avoid it. We will switch to another station where the service is better and the staff is respectful. I hope management reviews the employee behavior and improves the service.
