Dear BP Pulse Customer Support, I am writing to enquire about a charging transaction where $40.00 was deducted from my account as a pending payment, but the actual charging cost was only $20.76. Charging Session Details: * Location: BP Pulse Rosehill, NSW * Station ID: 2644A * Energy Provided: 31.4610 kWh * Total Charging Cost: $20.76 * Date: 12 June 2026 Bank Transaction Details: * Merchant: BP Pulse Australia * Amount Charged: $40.00 (pending) * Description: POS 12/06 BP PULSE AUSTRALIA I understand that BP Pulse may place a pre-authorisation hold before charging begins. However, the remaining balance of $19.24 has not yet been returned to my account. Unfortunately, I have noticed that this appears to happen almost every time I use a BP Pulse charger, and I would appreciate clarification on: 1. How long it takes for the unused portion of the pre-authorisation to be released. 2. Whether there is any issue with this specific transaction. 3. Why this seems to occur repeatedly with my charging sessions. Could you please investigate this matter and advise when the remaining funds will be returned to my account? Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

I’ve been a regular at BP Rose Hill for almost two years now, and I can’t say enough about how fantastic the staff is. Every single morning on my way to the office, I stop by for my coffee, and it’s always a highlight of my day. Sunita, Mittal, Surjeet and the entire team really go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. They’ve all made my daily coffee run something I truly look forward to.
