Great location and overall good service. I’ve fueled up here many times and it’s very convenient. However, there is one downside — it often gets completely packed, and you have to wait in queues. This can be quite frustrating when you're in a rush. Other than that, it's a solid station with a good setup.

Your employee’s attitude this evening left a lot to be desired. If this continues, you will lose many customers. It was awful and highly unprofessional.

I use the bp a lot as l live by it , but unfortunately yesterday on the way to work l went to use it , got a few things the chap on the desk needs training in customer care he is very rude , l had a few things and asked for a bag which then told me they charge for now which is new , his attitude is disgusting, this is twice now , he started serving another customer the first time l use it the other day, before l had got my things of the counter, there used to be a lovely guy on there that l think was deaf he was so polite, the other morning there was three of us outside asking if he was opening the shop as all of us wanted something to be told no and he walked away l thought it was 24 hours if you need shopping you can't get it so you losed three customers that day , it use to be good but please give him training he does not know how to deal with customer a smile would be good and goes a long way training should be given
