I purchased a megawash on Monday 25 May and was most disappointed to find no suds in the wash. There was clearly no detergent in the system. I went to complain in the shop and the manager told me they use a "soft" detergent. I then asked if it is a "soft" detergent or "no" detergent, at which point he decided good customer service is not necessary, gave me a card to call BP Care and washed his hands of the matter. The same thing (no detegent wash) had happened on another occasion. Why pay $18 to have a car wash with no detergent when the car wash is similar to me hosing my car with water in my own driveway? I do not recommend the car wash here at BP Burrendah and the customer service is non existent when I raised the issue. Poor product and bad customer service!!!
