Last night I used the car wash and it stopped working while I was inside. The worker (I didn’t catch his name) immediately came running and fixed it and got me a new code. It did stop again while I was inside and he refunded me and got me the free code to rinse off the soap. He came running without me having to call them or do anything and he stepped in to help me and went above and beyond. Yes the car wash itself did scratch the bonnet of my car, but honestly I could overlook it because of how that man took care of the situation and was proactive about it. Big thank you to you. Sorry I couldn’t catch your name.

Very disappointing experience. I brought my new car here for a wash and left with scratches. It’s really frustrating to see damage on my car, especially since I only bought it two months ago. Definitely not worth it — I won’t be coming back or recommending this place to anyone.

I recently went down to the automatic car wash at BP Truckstop, and I am quite impressed! As I’m a new driver, I didn’t really know how to operate the automatic car wash. After purchasing the ticket, and despite it being a peak hour time, one of the team members went with me to help me out with operating the car wash and instructing me on how to do it! Couldn’t be more happier with the service! Well done BP!
