BRD Rotisserie never disappoints! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. The rotisserie chicken was perfectly cooked juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. The service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well organized. Whether you're dining in or taking your food to go, the quality is consistently great. What a fantastic find! The moment you walk in, you're greeted by a warm, rustic atmosphere and an incredibly welcoming team. The service was top-notch from start to finish. As for the food—wow! The roasted herb chicken was packed with flavor and incredibly juicy, and the beef burger was absolutely spot on. It’s the perfect blend of great comfort food and excellent hospitality. It’s honestly very different from what influencers show and talk about online. The indoor area is extremely busy and very close to the cooking counter, so you leave smelling like food. We ended up sitting outside because there were no available indoor seats. There was AC outside, but unfortunately our table was far from it and it was very hot. We asked the waiter if we could move once another table became available, and he said okay and informed the waitress in charge. Later, when a table finally became empty, I asked again if we could move. The waiter said he needed to ask the person in charge, then came back and told us we couldn’t because the table was for someone waiting. What upset me was that when I first asked, nobody was waiting and I should’ve had priority since I requested it earlier. The way it was handled felt rude and disrespectful. As for the food, we ordered a burger for 40 QAR without fries, and the chicken was hard and tasted frozen, definitely not fresh. We also ordered the famous roasted chicken for more than 60 QAR, and honestly it was very average and not good at all. Overall, I was disappointed with the service, the food quality, and the pricing.
