nice little spot, very traditional Szechuan food, and also have beautiful satay beef. good for small group, and good to have food for takeaway.

This is my first review on Zomato ever, the reason I want to put a review on this restaurant is to let people know, this restaurant is not worth it. The food we had was way under standard and double the price to normal Shizhuan. I went to this restaurant with my wife after a friend told me this place was always crowded with Chinese students, so I guessed the food must be good and authentic. We ordered Shizhuan beef $18 and intestine $20, and guess what, the beef which was supposed to be tender and melt in the mouth was in fact dried and way overcooked, tasted, looked like beef jerky! The meat in the dish came in a small amount, the chef covered the dish with lots and lots potatoes. The second dish which was intestine came after 20 minutes later, and guess what? the dish was IDENTICAL to the first dish, the chef just replaced the beef with intestine on second dish, lots of potatoes instead of meat, that's what this restaurant all about, a RIP-OFF! And do NOT trust the pictures! the dishes we ordered came out looked totally different from the pictures! Oh yeah, they do NOT give free tap water as most restaurants do in Perth, W.A, mind you it is hot spicy Shizhuan! This is the worst mainland Chinese restaurant in WA I've ever been to, it was so bad an experience that I had to give my first review ever here on Zomato. I am a person who do not complain much usually.

The food was yum. You can put anything you like in the chicken hot pot.
The restaurant is a bit small. Call for booking if you have a large group.
