Listen I’ve been a server before so I know how the small things make the biggest difference. It was just two of us and our boneless wings took the better part of an hour. There was a huge party, and it would’ve taken our waitress no effort to give us a polite warning that they hadn’t gotten their food yet. We only got two things, two orders of wings. I didn’t get celery, only carrots and my girlfriend got (and was charged for) extra wings she didn’t ask for. Very sad service didn’t even say have a good day, sorry for the mistakes, nothing! Mind you, it was slow! (Also, didn’t know they consider buffalo sauce as garlic lol)

Buffalo Wild Wings is going downhill fast! We put in an order an hour before we expected it to be ready. 45 minutes AFTER the pickup time it still was not ready so I tried calling. I tried twice and didn't get through either time. My teenage son was there to pickup the order and saw the hostess write the note I attached here (with my number redacted). After speaking with a manager he could offer nothing additional to ease the situation. Needless to say I will never go back to this establishment. Meal type: Dinner
