This was one of my favorite places to experience in Park City if you like Thai food it's a must try. Service is great. I got the Pangan Curry and it was amazing! They even had the Mango sticky rice definitely shareable. This is also a insta photo ambiance. I definitely will be back.

For a restaurant with such high reviews, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience with Baan Thai Cuisine & Bar. The most glaring issue is the restaurant complete disregard of severe food allergies. When we initially ordered, we specifically told the waiter that we had a complete ZERO TOLERANCE for nuts in ALL THE DISHES that we ordered because our party included someone with a SEVERE allergy to nuts. To further emphasize the severity of the allergy, we informed the manager as well that we could not even have any nut-based condiments in any of the meals (i.e. peanut oil). Despite our consistent reminders to multiple members of the establishment of our table's nut allergy, we found cashews in the Pineapple Fried Rice. When we informed the staff, the waiter told us that he thought that the "nut allergy" soley applied to peanuts only. At the time, the waiter apologized and brought out another Pineapple Fried Rice without the cashews. Fortunately, our friend had not eaten the Pineapple Fried Rice, but the damage was already done. Our friend could not eat any dishes from the restaurant in the event of cross contamination, as the restaurant clearly did not take our food allergies seriously. When we confronted the waiter of this issue, the waiter stated that the restaurant was not to blame and the blame would be completely on him. While the waiter did hold some blame, there was a lack of accountability from the restaurant as a whole. Eventually, we were able to get into contact with the owner of the restaurant, who provided the major contribution to our poor experience to Baan Thai. Not only did we not receive any form of compensation, but the owner blamed us for even ordering the dish. There was a complete lack of remorse for this potential life-threatening experience, which speaks to length about the poor professionalism of Baan Thai. For paying customers who were not delivered the courtesy of respecting our food allergies, the least the restaurant could have done was take accountability. I hope that Baan Thai can learn from this experience and provide a safe experience for all of their customers. Please do better in the future.
