Me gustó mucho terminar el viaje en este restaurante. La verdad que da gusto comer comida turca casera porque al final está muy relacionada con todo el Mediterráneo. Aunque vimos que todo el mundo estaba pidiendo lo mismo, una especia como de mini platitos con un poco de todo, al final nos decantamos de un poco de carne con verduras y hummus. La atención fue estupenda. Lo que no me gustó tanto es el café jajajja mi primera vez probando café turco, demasiado para mi. Recomendado si estás por la zona de Charlottenburg. It was a horrible experience. Until my last visit, everything had been great. The food was good, and the service had always been excellent. However, my most recent experience completely changed my opinion. When we arrived, we asked a staff member if there was a free table where we could sit. He pointed us to a table and told us we could sit there. We enjoyed our meal and were drinking Turkish tea while having a conversation with my daughter. We were planning to leave within the next 10–15 minutes. Suddenly, the same staff member came to our table and said, “Stand up and leave. The people with the reservation are here.” I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. When we were seated, nobody informed us that the table was reserved or that we would only be able to stay for a limited amount of time. A simple, polite explanation such as, “This table is reserved in 45 minutes, so you’re welcome to use it until then,” would have been completely understandable. Instead, we were seated without any warning and then told to get up from the same staff member that sat us down. And we have been told to leave in the middle of our conversation. That is not acceptable customer service. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I cannot recommend this place. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. And I only like the Mantı of Baba Angora. That’s why I only give the food only one star. Me and my daughter are also Turkish and it was really frustrating to see our country’s people being so rude to kind customers. And when we expressed our self to them how rude they were to us, the man just said: ,, I’m sorry. You don’t have to pay your meal “. And I said no, I am gonna pay cause I ate my meal. And after that, the conversation was over. Like five minutes after that we talked to another staff man and we told him how rude the reaction of the other staff man was. And he just said: ,, we thought you were gonna’ go early”. Whatever I don’t wanna say too much. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €80–90 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
