Regarding our spinach pie, it is handmade daily using fresh spinach and traditional homemade pastry. It is one of our signature dishes and something we take great pride in. While we understand that personal tastes may differ, we are sorry that it did not meet your expectations. As for the complimentary treat, we do often offer our guests a small dessert or another traditional sweet gesture whenever possible. Unfortunately, on the day of your visit this was not available, and we apologize if this contributed to your disappointment. Of course, while such a gesture is appreciated, it is offered as a courtesy rather than being part of the meal. Our goal has always been to serve authentic homemade Naxian cuisine, prepared with quality local ingredients, in a warm family atmosphere. We are sorry that this was not the impression you took away from your visit, but we sincerely appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
