Best location ever, excelente calidad en comida y la atencion de la persona que nos atendio fue fantastica (Ricky creo su nombre). Great food and taste!!!!!

They no longer take orders in person nor can you sit down, you have to make an order through yelp/Grubhub, then I waited almost a full hour for my order to be prepared, after about an hour of time I got impatient and started knocking on the door, I knocked for about 10 minutes and no one opened the door. I called the store phone number 5 times and it went straight to voicemail. Then I contacted yelp support, all to find out that they closed for an hour in the middle of the day and were still accepting online orders and taking people's money claiming that my food would be ready within 25 minutes. Yelp ended up canceling my order and only gave me 10 dollars addition store credit... minimum wage is 20 bucks... I'll never get that hour of time back in my life. I'm never coming back here again.

As a local I've been picking up food here a lot since they opened. Tonight I spend 20 mins trying to call our order through but suddenly they're not answering the phone. So I walk in and ask what's going on with the phone. They tell me the phone isn't working, they're only doing doordash etc. I live 2 blocks away so I'm not doing doordash, I'll just order and come back which is already annoying. Kitchen closed at 730 they tell me. It's 732. What are you talking about, I've ordered after 730 before, is this a new thing?? The poor kid is new and doesn't know, he's just doing what he's been told. Yo bachi yaki listen up. P--ing off the locals ain't the smartest way to keep a business going on Melrose. You're not the only game in town in case you haven't noticed. First things first - CONNECT YOUR PHONE. And if you're going to change your hours, update it on google. If this nonsense happens again we'll stop coming.

We apologize for the miscommunication Bret. We switched to online ordering for easier pick-up. Go to our website www.bachiyaki.com/ordering and select Melrose as the location. Choose the pick-up option and you're set. there are no extra charges or fees for pick up.
