My family and I visited this restaurant and clearly stated at least 3–4 times that we do not eat pork and did not want any pork products in our meals. Despite this, the food served to us contained pork salami. We immediately informed the staff and sent the meals back. We specifically and repeatedly asked them not to simply remove the pork, but to prepare completely new meals. Because the replacement food arrived very quickly, we asked whether it had really been remade. We were assured that it had been prepared from scratch. However, near the end of the meal, my daughter found pieces of pork in her sandwich again. This is not a simple ordering mistake. The staff ignored clear customer instructions, showed no respect for our religious beliefs, and, more importantly, did not tell us the truth. If the meals had truly been prepared again, there should not have been pork in them a second time. It is unacceptable for a restaurant to treat customers’ beliefs, dietary requirements, and food safety concerns so carelessly. The mistake itself was serious, but the misleading information given afterwards was even more disturbing. We strongly do not recommend a restaurant that shows no respect for customers’ beliefs and does not tell the truth to its customers. Price per person: €5–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bad habit and also a very bad experience. We asked if the place was open, they said yes, so we went and sat at a table. They didn't ask for our order or anything. We asked if it was self-service, but there was a menu. I went and grabbed the menu myself, and but the prices didn't match the menu. Are we forcing you to do your job? If you don't want to work, don't open the place and don't accept customers. Maybe it was because we are Turkish. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Our staff treats every customer with the same respect and professionalism, regardless of nationality or background. The suggestion that you were treated differently because you are Turkish is completely unfounded and does not reflect the values of our business. Furthermore, there was no refusal of service, nor did any incident occur as described in your review. If there was any misunderstanding regarding our service or pricing, our staff would have been happy to clarify it immediately. We would also like to point out that many of our highest-rated reviews have been left by Turkish visitors who enjoyed both our food and our hospitality. For this reason, any implication that customers are treated differently based on their nationality is simply not true.
