Was there this morning and wanted to buy rolls. 2 ladies behind the counter with only 1 lady serving and the other lady was busy filling up the shelves and making phone calls even though there were 5 customers in line.. but instead of serving them, everything was different More importantly, the lady who served was also very annoyed because an older lady in front of me was paying with change and she had to count all the change. The cheek was that I said that she should serve the customers first and then fill the shelves... her colleague immediately called in and said we weren't idiots and I should just wait!!! He handed me my money back and took the rolls out of my hands. I will never visit this bakery again and as a boss I would think about whether I have the right staff behind the counter...Happy Easter.
