We visit Bagel Bakery every Sunday with our 6 month old daughter and have loved every experience. Unfortunately today was a different experience. While it was obvious they were busy which is completely understandable, our order was either skipped over or given to someone else and we ended up waiting 25 minutes for 2 plain bagels (after we ordered - not complaining about the line). As a previous restaurant owner I get it and that’s why I didn’t say anything to the staff, but as a mother of a antsy 6 month old - we had to leave as soon as we got our bagels. Which sucks because we normally like to sit and enjoy our time. I’m hoping next time is different, but I suggest investing in some screens to make sure you don’t skip over/give away peoples orders. **edit - just ate the bagel we waited 25 mins for and there is literally barely any cream cheese on it.
