Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience due to the way we were treated by the staff. The employee who took our order was rude and unprofessional from the beginning. He told us in a disrespectful manner that we could not order what we wanted, without providing a proper explanation or trying to offer any alternatives. Because of the way we were treated, we decided not to place our order and left the restaurant. What made the situation even more disappointing was that another employee, an older woman with white hair, defended his behavior instead of listening to our concerns or trying to resolve the issue. Rather than addressing the poor customer service, she insisted that he had done nothing wrong, even though his attitude toward us was clearly rude. We understand that businesses have policies that must be followed, and we respect that. However, there is never an excuse for treating customers disrespectfully. Courtesy and professionalism should always be part of good customer service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional customer service training so that future customers are treated with the respect they deserve Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I finally tried BAGEL BOX, and I have to say—this place is a hidden gem. I ordered their salmon sandwich, and it was hands down the most delicious one I’ve had in the area. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, the flavors were perfectly balanced, and the bagel itself was just right—crispy on the outside and soft inside. If you’re a fan of a good salmon sandwich, this spot is definitely worth checking out. Shout out to the owner -Moe- Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My family and I came to this BagelBox for the first time ever and our server Mayra was beyond helpful. She was so kind and had the best suggestions. The bagels and sandwiches were delicious! She made the peanut butter smoothie just right. Just an overall wonderful experience and we will definitely be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
