Mikayla, we are so sorry, and we want you to know that this review was hard to read because it reflects an experience that is completely unacceptable and the opposite of what we stand for. You have been a loyal guest for years, and the fact that we let you down not once but three times in a row is something we take full accountability for. The quality issues with your Sno, the confusion around flat top sizing, and especially the phone call being ended abruptly are all things that should never happen, and we are genuinely embarrassed that they did. On top of that, finding out your app points were not recorded after being told they were scanned is frustrating in a way we completely understand, and we do not take that lightly. The Gilbert team is better than what you experienced, and every guest who walks up or drives through deserves to leave feeling like they just got a little taste of paradise, not let down by the people who should be taking care of them. It truly means something to us that you took the time to write this out, because it helps us fix what is broken and get back to the standard our community deserves.
