Good afternoon, I wanted to make a complaint. Last night at the Anália Franco shopping mall, at the Baked Potato restaurant at night almost 11pm I went to ask an employee for a glass and she told me she was going to get it, I waited, she went inside and I think she asked the woman to get it for her, then I saw the woman climbing the stairs more aggressively, taking the glasses and throwing them all on the floor for the employee to pick up. I thought this was very disrespectful towards the employee, we don't do that to anyone. I even apologized to the girl, thinking I was bothering her. I felt like asking her if she would like me to do it to her, nothing justifies her doing that. Service: 1
